VSC is an active organization which maintains a close relationship with government agencies and the military stationed at Fort Jackson. Posted below is the VSC constitution and the bylaws which govern our organization and further defines our status as a private organization that is not part of the Department of Defense, any of its components, and has no government status. The constitution and bylaws also define the structure of the club, membership, and our board.
